Series Overview


The SepaPrep™ XDB Series is designed with high-density bonded stationary phases to provide strong hydrophobic retention, reliable selectivity, and robust chromatographic performance across a wide range of reversed-phase applications. This series is well suited for compounds requiring enhanced retention and for users seeking durable, versatile phases for both analytical and preparative HPLC workflows.


With carefully controlled bonding density and optimized silica characteristics, SepaPrep™ XDB columns support excellent reproducibility, broad solvent compatibility, and dependable separation efficiency. The series includes multiple chemistries to address diverse method-development and purification needs.

To maintain consistent performance and extend the working life of the column, it is recommended to operate the SepaPrep™ XDB within its appropriate pH range according to the selected stationary phase. The maximum operating temperature is 60°C and the maximum pressure rating is 5,800 psi (40 MPa). For routine operation, pressure below 2,900 psi (20 MPa) is recommended.
